As the story unfolds, three girls, recently graduated from high school, plan the next phase of their lives while dealing with complicated issues. I recently signed up with Web.com but they are charging me $114.95 per month for our website. I'm looking to switch and create a website for our small business that my wife and I run. We are starting from scratch with no customers and I think I've narrowed down my search to Wix, Squarespace and weebly. I like them all and I like the SEO friendliness of Squarespace and Wix, but Wix doesn't have a responsive website design which I know google likes. Squarespace doesn't offer phone support to where I can call in with questions with support. They all seem to be priced about the same so any recommendations to help get our business launched? Really looking to have the website bring in new business for the monthly service we provide. No ecommerce necessary.

Thank you so much for the great information! I have never created a website and am looking to create one for my corporate yoga business that would include a blog and a small online store (with the option to grow the store in the future). I love to design so SquareSpace sounds good, but I don't know ANYTHING about code or making a website, so I need something very easy and user friendly (maybe Wix or Weebly?). Which site would you recommend? Thank you so much for your helpful information!

Let me preface by saying I'm on Squarespace 5, because is allows me to have a "member" database that I need to keep the public out and employees in, so it's not the latest version. [Editor's Note: Squarespace is now running on Version 6 which has superceded Squarespace 5 as of July 17 2012.]

You touched briefly on the pope and how that had stopped these people from switching over, but were there any other minor reasons?
