Set in 1920s England, this book chronicles the life of a young man forced to live among the English, rather than in his native Scotland. What follows is a series of interesting and satirical observations about English life, including fox hunting, domestic politics, and most famously, village cricket. This classic book remains a hilarious look into everyday British life in the interwar years.

There is no "incorrect" answer because the name should be decided upon by the owners of the restaurant. Technically, however, the apostrophe will usually be placed with the second name only when two people co-own something. Your writing "Sam and Rosco's Restaurant" would be correct following this rule.

The patient prospers in their empowermentРall the physicians want the information the patient compiles. The physician prospers as the patient is that much more likely to adhere to the treatment regimen the doctor and patient have jointly undertaken. The doctor???s practice prospers because every patient who adopts medication tracking reminds the doctor to offer medication tracking to other patients. The physician and patient benefit together by reducing the time required for burdensome medication reconciliation, thereby allowing more time for the patient to raise and discuss concerns and for the physician to explore and counsel about those concerns. This self-reinforcing cycle may be initiated by either physician or patient, and since as we know, patients are particularly trusting of advice offered by their physician, the suggestion to adopt the medication tracking tool recommended by practice or ACO or insurer may motivate the patient to take that step. Don???t let the perfect be the enemy of ???better.??? Though relatively few patients or their caregivers may adopt your favored appРsince only 20 patients??? data need be reported in 2016Рstarting small, even with only a rare patient adopting medication tracking still enhances the provider???s overall quality measures and serves to remind the provider of the value of the tool, acting as ???pull??? even as you and other leaders ???push??? improvements in quality through medication tracking to your provider colleagues and to the patient population you serve. Physicians, patients and practices all benefit when they Let Patients Help.

My inspirational self-help book, The Marriage Whisperer: Tips to Improve Your Relationship Overnight was published by a small independent traditional publisher, MSI Press. They have been great! I own the audio rights and am about 2/3 finished with narrating (myself) the audio book at a small local studio. I want to find options to the Amazon-Audible-ACX route for distribution of physical and digital audiobook versions. I do want to make a reasonable profit, after all. Are there any? I've been looking and all I see is the exclusive contract AMAZON has for i-tunes and MP3. B&N maybe? Please help! Thanks. Dr. PattСThe Marriage Whisperer

Dear Michael I found your article "Why you need to stop worrying about the color of you Ketostix" very interesting but it lead me to wondering because my Ketostix results are constantly in the moderate to dark red. I have been on LC/HF for at least ten years now and I was hoping if you have any advice on whether this is OK or not? I would appreciate your thoughts on the matter. Thanx for your time kind regards Noele
