Is there a way to obtain the embed code without sharing it in the final published document? I want to embed it without allowing others to download or get the ended code of the published document for legal reasons.

"What you can do, is create a separate website for each language (yes there will be a lot of repetitive translation and setup work). Then, give your main site the main domain name (for example: ???www.example.com). Then for your other language sites, give them a subdomain such as german.example.com or french.example.com.Then you can just link out from your main site to these other language sites. Ф

At the moment, Squarespace doesn't have a built in membership login / gateway. However, you can consider checking out Sentry Login which is an independent membership widget that you can add to Squarespace. I believe this will enable you to password protect specific pages, and manage paid membership subscriptions.
